Rooyesh (Alias) is a Swiss company specializing in seeds, fertilizers, and agricultural pesticides, has been actively representing itself in Iran since 1337. Despite the challenges arising from international sanctions affecting the company’s financial transactions, the management team has made every effort to create a pleasant and conducive work environment for employees while simultaneously elevating the quality of the workspace to international standards.

In this regard, the Raahro team not only addressed the tangible needs of the company by designing an administrative complex with relevant functionalities but also catered to the intangible needs of the client. This included fostering the development and growth of the organizational culture and values, both among managers and employees and in interactions with visitors, through the use of design tools and architectural space.

One of the key values emphasized was transparency. The entrance threshold to the company’s interior is a frosted glass that allows glimpses of the greenery behind it, intriguing visitors’ curiosity. Additionally, the workspace was redesigned as an open-plan office, integrating transparency, teamwork, and equality. Glass-walled meeting rooms were placed within the open workspace, and the CEO’s desk was not only unobtrusive but also designed with glass panels to facilitate close and equal interaction with employees.

On the other hand, to diversify seating arrangements in the workspace, standing desks were introduced, and separate quiet rooms for two-person and online meetings were designed to meet various needs.

Colors played a prominent and balanced role in the project design, creating warmth without causing eye fatigue or mental clutter. In conclusion, our main challenge in this project was time and budget constraints, which our team successfully overcame.
