The "Ashiane Villa" project began in 2019 with the design by "Arsh,4D studio" and the execution by the Design Studio Raahro. This project involved demolition and reconstruction on a 1000-square-meter plot of land located in Lavasan city.
The project highlights the importance of technical and executional aspects such as:
-
Implementing foundations with varying levels.
-
Constructing a composite metal structure using welded joints on two levels, ground and first floor, and bolt and nut connections at the roof level, due to its suspended nature from the second floor.
-
The seamless integration of the facade's shell on the east, west, south, and north sides of the building, requiring the project executor to adhere to minimal discrepancies between the blueprint and the execution.
Consequently, other executive requirements included maintaining inclines in all spaces on the second floor and coordinating the sloped gypsum ceiling with the sloped cement facade, while ensuring precise alignment in all directions. It's worth mentioning that the difference between the blueprint and execution in this project was less than one centimeter.
Additionally, other executive points include installing concealed gutters behind the roof intermittently (due to roof beam casting) at a lower level than the completed facade material.
